Following on from the Prime Minister’s recent requests for everyone to avoid unnecessary travel and avoid contact with others, the Hurlingham Polo Association has made the reluctant decision to postpone all polo tournaments until 1st May. Therefore Guards Polo Club will be following this advice and will not be opening on Saturday 11th April as originally planned. Not surprisingly, the 1st May date will be kept under constant review and we will keep you regularly informed throughout this unprecedented situation.
The Members’ Welcome Reception (18th April) has been postponed and we will let you know new dates as soon as we possibly can. Our priority at all times is the safety of our patrons, players, members, visitors and staff and it is difficult to predict how things might develop but we are continuing to work hard to ensure that our 65th anniversary season is one of great polo and excellent hospitality.
In the meantime the La Martina Store is offering personal shopping experiences – please email Becky Simpson on firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
